HANTZ BERNARD – MDIV, DD, MBA

   CEO, COO-USA

For 16 years, Hantz was the Executive Director of an international organization that operated in 17 countries and on five continents. A seasoned executive coach, he is bilingual in French and English.

 

Didier Agbemebia – MBA

   CFO, COO-AFRICA

With extensive experience in consulting, auditing, accounting, evaluating, reviewing, compiling and reporting on multiple projects and public contracts, Didier has a practical and in-depth knowledge in the field of project management as well as auditing, accounting and finance. He is fluent in French and English.

 

JACK SMOTHERS – PHD

Jack is Director of MBA program in the Romain School of Business at the University of Southern Indiana and an Associate Professor of Management at that university where he teaches and researches in entrepreneurship, leadership, innovation, and management. He was published in Harvard Business Review in 2015 and has consulted with such companies as Google and General Electric. He aims at making problem-solvers out of leaders: “Followers complain; leaders solve,” says he.

Richard Afanuh – MBA

Richard is an expert in enterprise IT solutions, system architecture and software development. He has extensive experience and a career that include specialization in system integration, automation, process flow analysis and design, public cloud solution, full software lifecycle, technical leadership and program management. His strengths include managing geographically-dispersed teams in the design and integration of complex systems, and evaluating IT platforms and recommending technology roadmaps for enterprises. He also has extensive experience introducing and leading enterprise level methodology changes such as the adoption of Agile/Scrum development methodology to drive projects to closure both on time and under budget. Fluent in French and English, Richard has lent his expertise to such companies as AT&T and big hospital chains.

kathy devries – MBA, CBI

Kathy specializes in business services for privately held companies where the owner is active in the day-to-day operations. Kathy has worked with start-up companies doing business plans and organizational development, with small teams, with turnaround organizations, and with expanding enterprises overcoming constraints to rapid expansion. As a business intermediary, she assists with business growth through acquisition as well as succession planning, through transition or divestiture. Kathy‘s background is in agribusiness with a specialty in flowering perennials as well as flower, herb, and vegetable garden seeds and contract packaging. 

 

J. Dwight McEntire – MBA, CPA, MA, JD

Dwight  McEntire (Colonel, USAF Ret.) has served honorably in the US Air Force. He was an executive with a big international accounting firm that gave him some of the toughest assignments: working with firms in Japan. He has been professor and chair of the division of business at a college. Cordial and yet extremely disciplined and systematic, Dwight loves international business and problem solving.

 

Dave Pennington – PhD

Dave is the Founder of Penn Coaching and Consulting. A Leadership Development and Business Coach with over 30 years of management experience, he helps business owners manage and grow great businesses so that they can reduce their stress, make more money, and enjoy their lives and the benefits of their hard work. 

 

 

LARRY JACKSON

Larry Jackson is Chairman and Founder of Jackson Marketing, Motorsports & Events, a fully integrated marketing communication and events agency offering  marketing consulting and strategy, branding, digital marketing, content and public relations, events and tours, motorsports marketing and dealer marketing. Larry began his 48-year marketing career as a military in the Public Affairs office of the United States Army III Corps during the Vietnam War. Later, Ford Motor Company hired him in their Public Affairs office. From there, he moved to Bell & Howell as Senior Vice President of their Wilding Division, where he managed Ford’s new product introductions and dealer training. He then cofounded Jackson-Dawson in Detroit and Los Angeles, before opening his award-winning Jackson Marketing, Motorsports & Events. Larry is eager to associate with Aframi to offer his expertise to the African continent.

DAVE KAHLE – MBA

Dave is a high-energy, high-content sales authority, and a world-class speaker. The number one salesperson nationwide for two different companies in two distinct industries, he became the national sales leader. With 30 years of exceptionally successful sales experience, he has served as general manager of a start-up company and as president of the DaCo Corporation, a sales consulting and sales training firm. Dave has trained thousands of salespeople and authored thirteen books, 32 multimedia programs, and has been published over a 1,000 times. His credits include his classics: Transforming Your Sales Force for the 21st Century11 Secrets of Time Management for Salespeople (Career Press), Question Your Way To Sales Success and his latest book, How to Sell Anything to Anyone Anytime. His books are available in eight languages and over 20 countries.

 

Charles Naselli – MS

Charles is President of Global Recruiters of Greenville, SC. He has served as General Manager of the Installation Services business of Guardian Building Products. Prior to that, at Kohler Plumbing he held positions as Director of Quality, Director of Operations, and Vice President of Operations. As VPO, he was responsible for Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, Materials, Forecasting, Customer Service, and Distribution, and he led the adoption of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma. His early career included scientific research at the IBM Research Lab, military night vision engineering with ITT Defense, technical consulting throughout ITT Corporation, and a series of executive positions with Sheraton Hotels. He holds seven US Patents for his work in night vision.

 

RICK UNRUH –  BSc, MSc.

Rick is a nationally and internationally respected senior business leader, speaker, executive coach, university instructor, and delivery manager with more than 30 years’ experience in a variety of business verticals including construction, oil and gas, technology, healthcare, and finance. He is currently the Associate Vice President of Strategy and Planning for H&R Block.

Vincent Agboto – PhD

Dr Vincent Agboto is a healthcare, research, data analytics and statistics leader with more than 19 years of experience in consulting, research and teaching in data analytics, predictive analytics, database infrastructure, statistics, econometrics, biostatistics, data management, health systems, health equity, health disparities, research designs and epidemiology. Currently Senior Statistical Principal Scientist at Allina Health, he has served as the President and Principal Senior Statistical Consultant at Stats Solutions Consulting, and as Director of Research at HealthPartners. An Adjunct Faculty at Colorado State University and the University of Chicago online, he has been Assistant Professor and the Director of the Biostatistics Division at Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee; Adjunct faculty at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Indiana Institute of Technology in Fort Wayne, and Northwestern University in Chicago and Ohio State University. He has conducted collaborative research and taught research and statistics courses at the University of Lomé (Togo), the University of Abomey-Calavi (Benin), the University of Grand-Bassam (Ivory Coast), the University of Nairobi (Kenya) and the University of The Gambia (The Gambia) among others. He has made research presentations and conducted workshops during professional meetings at the John Hopkins University (MD), Harvard University (MA), the MD Anderson Cancer Center (TX), and Washington University (MO) among others. Fluent in English and French, and comfortable in Spanish, he collaborates with AFRAMI to ensure optimum effectiveness in the leadership and systems of AFRAMI’s clients in healtcare in Africa and America.
